Five insurance policies free for three months from Bliwa

From your first day of membership, you are automatically insured free of charge for three months by Unionen’s personal insurance policies with Bliwa (does not apply to student members).

The starter pack includes life insurance, personal accident insurance, health insurance, critical illness insurance and lump-sum benefit insurance. To be covered by the insurance policies in the starter pack, you must be fully capable of working. In other words, able to work as usual and not be on sick leave.

Keep Your Insurance
If you want to remain insured after the three free months you pay the first invoice you receive from Bliwa. If you are connected to Kivra, you will receive the invoice there. 

Cancelling Your Insurance
If you don’t want to keep the insurance policies, you can just ignore the invoice. You don’t actively have to say no in any way.

Unionen's Income insurance

As a member of Unionen, you are covered by income protection insurance that supplements the payment you receive from your unemployment insurance fund (a-kassa). Unionens Income insurance is included in the membership and secures your income of up to SEK 60.000 a month if unemployed for up to 150 days.
