Claims Registration Procedure in four Northvolt bankruptcies

The District Court has decided that a claims registration procedure (bevakningsförfarande) shall be conducted in the following Northvolt bankruptcies: Northvolt AB (559015-8894), Northvolt Labs AB (559144-2891), Northvolt Revolt AB (559237-8060), and Northvolt Systems AB (559244-0282).

 A claims registration procedure means that anyone who believes they have a claim against any of these companies must submit their claim to the District Court, regardless of whether the bankruptcy trustee is already aware of the claim.

If outstanding claims are not registered, no distribution can be received in respect of those claims.

The District Court has sent information about the claims registration procedure by post to all persons who have claims against the relevant companies. It is important to review the information sent by the District Court and, where applicable, register claims in order not to lose the opportunity to assert them. Each individual who has claims must register their own claims. At the latest on the 21st of August 2026.

Bevakningsförfarande i fyra av Northvolt-bolagen

Tingsrätten har beslutat att bevakningsförfarande ska hållas i följande Northvolt-konkurser: Northvolt AB, (559015-8894), Northvolt Labs AB (559144-2891), Northvolt Revolt AB (559237-8060) och Northvolt Systems AB (559244-0282).

Ett bevakningsförfarande innebär att de som anser sig ha krav mot något av dessa bolag måste anmäla sina krav till tingsrätten oavsett om konkursförvaltaren känner till kraven sedan tidigare eller inte. Bevakas inte krav som finns kvar kan ingen utdelning erhållas för kraven.

Tingsrätten har skickat ut information om bevakningsförfarandet med post till alla som har krav mot de aktuella bolagen. Det är viktigt att ta del av den information som tingsrätten skickat ut och i förekommande fall bevaka fordringar för att inte förlora möjligheten att göra fordringar gällande. Varje individ som har fordringar måste bevaka sina egna fordringar. Senast 21 augusti 2026.
