Knowledge and inspiration for you who are new in the role as work environment representatives, so called Arbetsmiljöombud. The course gives you methods to work systematically with the work environment issues at your workplace. BWE is the basic course in work environment that all work environment representatives should attend. It also refers to you as a manager with occupational health and safety responsibilities.

• Methods and tools to affect their own and others' work environment, prevent mental and physical ill health and contribute to good working conditions
Course fee for members is 5,100 SEK (including VAT) in 2019.
For managers who are not members in Unionen but are attending the course together with the work environment representatives on the workplace the fee is 6,100 SEK (including VAT) in 2019. The fee is to be paid by your employer, see the Working Environment Act, Chapter 6, paragraph 4, regarding the right to education for safety representative. Your employer will also be responsible for the cost of travel, meals and accomodation.
If your workplace is not covered by collective agreements, the Working Environment Act's rules on leave for studies apply.

Externally without overnight stay. The accommodation is booked by you or your employer.
Deadline for registration is February 20th, please indicate if you have any food allergy.
F-märkt: The course is “F-märkt”, which means that you, as an elected representative, can attend the course with retained salary. This in relation to the provisions of the Trade Union Representatives (Status at the Workplace) Act. Remember to notify your employer not later than two weeks in advance.
